The National Human Rights Council (CNDH), Morocco's independent national institution responsible for protecting and promoting human rights, announces the opening of a competition to recruit two contract agents in the execution agent category (A). This competition represents an exceptional professional opportunity to join a high-level institution contributing to building a state based on the rule of law.
This competition is open to Moroccan nationals, with two budgetary positions available. Candidates must meet several essential conditions, including holding a baccalaureate or one of the diplomas allowing access to the grade of technical assistant A or administrative assistant of the third grade in the civil service. Possession of a valid driving license for at least two years is also required, reflecting the potentially field-based nature of the duties.
The maximum age for application is set at 45 years at the time of recruitment to the Council. It's important to note that the success diploma alone is insufficient without meeting other conditions. For candidates already employed in administrations, local authorities, or public establishments, the participation request must be accompanied by final and unconditional authorization from the human resources services of the employing administration.
The competition includes two main phases: a written test and an oral or practical test or both combined. The written test lasts three hours (03) and covers the field of CNDH's competencies, required specialties, or the missions and functions to be performed. The oral or practical test lasts between 15 and 30 minutes, during which the jury discusses various topics with the candidate or subjects them to a practical test in the required specialty to assess their ability to perform the requested tasks.
Interested candidates must prepare a file containing the following documents:
The application deadline is set for May 6, 2026 at 4:30 PM. Application files must be submitted exclusively via the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma with uploading of all required documents. No file not registered via the electronic portal, registered without uploading required documents, or non-compliant with conditions will be considered.
After initial file screening, the list of admitted candidates and the competition venue will be announced on the CNDH website www.cndh.org.ma and on the public employment portal, this publication serving as official summons. The test date is set for May 17, 2026.
