Job Overview
The Authority for Control of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) announces a recruitment competition for the position of Confirmed Management Practices Controller within the Social Welfare Directorate. This regular recruitment is for one position located in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and coordinate control missions of management practices of social welfare organizations.
- Contribute to the development and update of management practices reference frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with regulations by social welfare organizations.
- Prepare control reports and ensure the quality of findings and recommendations.
- Participate in harmonization efforts and dissemination of lessons learned.
- Contribute to financial education and awareness activities.
Required Profile
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Audit, Finance, Accounting, Management, or Internal Control.
- At least 3 years of experience in control, internal/external audit, or supervision of financial or retirement institutions.
Desired Skills
- Ability to conduct on-site control missions.
- Knowledge of social welfare environment and regulations.
- Rigor, organizational skills, analytical and synthesis abilities.
- High sense of discretion.
- Strong writing skills in Arabic and French (English is a plus).
