The Maghreb Arabe Presse (MAP), a strategic public establishment, announces a recruitment competition for one (01) Commercial Executive (Statutory Grade 11) based in Rabat. This is a regular recruitment to strengthen the commercial team.

Main Responsibilities

Under the authority of the Commercial and Marketing Directorate, the Commercial Executive will be responsible for:

• Commercialization of products and services: Selling MAP's services in photography, infographics, video, editorial content, and bespoke media coverage. Identify client needs, develop and negotiate personalized offers.
• Sales prospecting and development: Conduct active B2B prospecting across Morocco, including field visits, targeting new market niches, and building a sustainable client portfolio.
• Field presence and events: Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and major events covered by MAP, contribute to commercial valorization of event setups, and represent MAP at professional gatherings.
• Follow-up and reporting: Ensure commercial follow-up for clients and prospects, report regularly on sales activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of offerings through field feedback.

Required Skills

Technical skills: Sales and negotiation techniques (B2B), field prospecting, ability to understand and promote media and editorial products, proficiency in office tools and reporting.

Behavioral skills: High adaptability, excellent communication, commercial drive, initiative, autonomy, and teamwork.

Personal qualities: High mobility and availability for frequent travel, stress resistance, rigor, results orientation, and institutional representation sense.

Eligibility Conditions

• Moroccan nationality.
• Under 40 years old on the competition date.
• Holding a Bac+5 degree in Commerce, Marketing, Communication, Management, or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a commercial role. Experience in press, media, communication, or audiovisual sectors is highly desirable.

The file must include: a copy of the national ID card, a signed application letter with the competition reference, a recent passport photo, copies of diplomas from baccalaureate onward, a detailed CV, and for experienced candidates: work certificates and CNSS career statement.

Competition Process

After preselection, candidates sit for written exams: a general essay (coefficient 3, 2 hours) and a technical questionnaire (coefficient 2, 1.5 hours). Successful candidates proceed to oral interviews and personality tests (coefficient 7, 30 minutes). Results will be published on www.map.ma and www.emploi-public.ma. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected. Final candidates must present original diplomas; provisional certificates are not accepted.
