Recruitment Competition for Associate Professors at Mohammed V University in Rabat

Mohammed V University in Rabat announces a recruitment competition for associate professors (September 2026 session) with 7 positions to fill. This is a great opportunity for PhD holders aspiring to join university teaching and research at one of Morocco's most prestigious institutions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Hold a PhD, State PhD, or an equivalent recognized degree.
• Be of Moroccan nationality.
• Be between 18 and 45 years old as of January 1st of the current year, except for civil servants.

Candidates must register online via: https://recrutement.enssup.gov.ma/ before August 31, 2026. Applications outside this system will not be accepted.

Competition Process

The competition consists of two tests:

• First test: evaluation of diplomas and works.
• Second test: oral interview where the candidate presents their scientific and pedagogical work.

Application File

Candidates admitted to the oral must submit the following documents before the interview to the Human Resources Department at the Presidency of Mohammed V University (Avenue des Nations Unies, Agdal, Rabat):

• Handwritten application addressed to the President with name, address, phone, and email.
• Official authorization for civil servants.
• Authorization from the Head of Government for candidates exceeding age limit.
• Copy of PhD or equivalent.
• Copy of equivalence decision for foreign degrees.
• Copy of electronic national ID card.
• Hard copy of the PhD thesis.
• CV.
• Hard copy of all research works (articles, books, studies).
• Signed affidavit certifying the accuracy of information.

Results Announcement

Lists of candidates admitted to the oral will be published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma and the university website www.um5.ac.ma, serving as convocation. Final results will also be published on these platforms.
