Recruitment Competition for Administrators and Technician in IT at FSR Rabat

About the Competition

The Faculty of Sciences Rabat (FSR), part of Mohammed V University, is organizing recruitment competitions to fill 3 positions in the public service. These include 2 positions for Administrator (3rd Grade) and 1 position for Technician (3rd Grade), all in the field of computer science (Informatique). This is a great opportunity for IT graduates to join a prestigious academic institution.

Position Details

• Administrator 3rd Grade (2 positions): Requires a Bachelor's degree (License) in computer science or equivalent.
• Technician 3rd Grade (1 position): Requires a Technical Diploma in computer science from a vocational training institute.

Eligibility Conditions

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age: For Administrator, between 18 and 45 years old as of January 1 of the current year; for Technician, between 18 and 40 years old (extendable to 45 for those with valid pensionable service).
• Required diploma as per the cadre.

Competition Exams

For Administrator 3rd Grade

• General written test (3 hours): covering legal, economic, managerial, social, or practical issues.
• Specialized written test (3 hours): related to the administration's field or the required specialty.
• Oral test (15 to 30 minutes): discussion with the jury on various topics to assess ability to perform duties.

For Technician 3rd Grade

• General written test (3 hours): covering economic and administrative aspects at national and international levels.
• Specialized written test (3 hours): focused on the competition's specialty (computer science).
• Oral test (minimum 15 minutes): interview with the jury on general culture, specialty, and the sector.

Candidates who pass the written tests with the required average are eligible for the oral test.

Application File

• Handwritten application addressed to the Dean of the Faculty, including name, address, phone, email, signature, and specifying the cadre and specialty.
• CV with photo.
• Copy of electronic national ID card.
• Copy of the required diploma (success certificate not accepted).
• Copy of equivalence decision if the diploma is from a foreign or private institution.
• Copy of Baccalaureate certificate for Technician position.
• Authorization for current civil servants.
• Authorization from the Head of Government for candidates exceeding the age limit.
• Disability certificate if applicable.
• Certificate of belonging to resistance fighters, national beneficiaries, or veterans if applicable.

Applications must be submitted exclusively online via the platform: https://recrutement.enssup.gov.ma. No paper applications will be accepted. The deadline is July 25, 2026. Candidates benefiting from reserved positions (resistance fighters, etc.) must also send their files to the competent authorities.
