Application Requirements

Candidates wishing to participate in this competition must meet the following conditions:

• Age between 18 and 45 years.
• Hold a Master's or specialized Master's degree in Human Resources Management, issued by recognized national institutions, or an equivalent diploma according to current regulatory provisions.

Competition Tests

The competition includes the following tests:

• A general written test covering various legal, social, human, and scientific fields.
• A specific written test related to the Human Resources Management specialty or associated tasks.
• An oral test in the form of an interview with the jury to assess the candidate's ability to perform functions related to the grade in question.

A minimum average of 5 out of 10 in the written tests is required to qualify for the oral test.
