Competition Details

The commune of Ras El Ain (Youssoufia province) announces a recruitment competition for the position of Technician 4th Grade (Scale 8) for the year 2026. Four positions are open in the specialty of IT management. This recruitment aims to strengthen the commune's digital capabilities and improve administrative services.

Eligibility Requirements

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age between 18 and 40 years as of January 1, 2026, extendable to 45 for those with prior service.
• Technician diploma from vocational training institutes (Decree No. 2.86.325) or equivalent in IT management or computer systems/networks.

• Handwritten application addressed to the President of Ras El Ain commune.
• Copy of the required diploma.

• CV with recent photo.
• Two stamped envelopes with candidate's address.
• Copy of driver's license (category B).

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted to the commune's registry office (against receipt) or sent by registered mail to the commune address before July 17, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Late applications will be rejected.

Exam Date

The written exam will take place on July 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM at a location to be announced. Candidates scoring at least 12/20 on the written test will be invited for oral or practical exams.
