Recruitment Competition for 4 Technicians (Grade 3, Scale 9) at Beni Malek Commune

The territorial commune of Beni Malek, in the province of Kenitra, announces the organization of a recruitment competition for four (04) positions of technician of the 3rd grade (scale 9), in the specialties of civil engineering and information technology. This competition aims to select young talents to join the communal team and contribute to local development.

Eligibility Conditions

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Be of Moroccan nationality.
  • Be at least 18 years old and at most 40 years old as of January 1 of the current year, with the possibility of extending the upper age limit by a period equal to the period of valid or rectifiable services for retirement, without exceeding 45 years.
  • Hold a specialized technician diploma issued by a vocational training institution established under Decree No. 2.86.325, or a recognized equivalent diploma in accordance with Decree No. 2.12.90 of April 30, 2012.

Competition Components

The competition consists of a written test and an oral or practical test:

  • Written test: A general topic or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to the tasks or functions to be filled or the commune's competencies, duration 3 hours (coefficient 4).
  • Oral or practical test: An interview with the jury on various topics and issues, or a practical test in the required specialty, or both, to assess the candidate's ability to perform the tasks and functions associated with the grade. Duration between 15 and 45 minutes (coefficient 3).

Scores are given out of 20. Only candidates with an average of at least 12 out of 20 in the written test are eligible for the oral test. The final list of successful candidates is drawn up within the limit of the positions to be filled, along with a waiting list, ranked by merit, among candidates with an overall average of at least 10 out of 20.

How to Apply

Application files must be submitted to the commune's registry office against a receipt, or sent by registered mail to: Poste Maroc in Souk El Arbaa El Gharb, during working hours of public administrations, from the date of publication of this notice until Friday, June 12, 2026, at 4:30 PM, which is the deadline for accepting applications (the date of the postmark is considered proof).

The application file must include the following documents:

  • A handwritten application for participation in the competition, stating the candidate's surname, first name, address, signature, and email.
  • A copy of the required diploma or certificate, or an equivalent recognized diploma.
  • A copy of the national identity card.
  • A curriculum vitae with a recent photo.
  • Four stamped envelopes bearing the candidate's address.
  • A large envelope bearing the candidate's name and address containing all required documents.
  • Authorization from the employing administration to take the competition (for civil servants).
  • A copy of the certificate proving the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military, or former combatant (for those eligible).
  • A certificate of registration in the register of persons with disabilities (for persons with disabilities).
  • Any document proving the candidate's skills and practical abilities required for the position, if necessary.

Any incomplete or late application will be rejected.

Important Notes

25% of the positions are reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military, or former combatant, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a disability card issued in accordance with Article 8 of Decree No. 2.97.218. Candidates benefiting from any of these statuses must submit their applications through the relevant administrations, accompanied by a supporting certificate.

This decision is published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma, on the commune's portal, and on the province's portal if available. This publication serves as a call for candidates to submit their applications to take the competition.
