Recruitment Competition for Third-Grade Technicians (Scale 9) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Residing Abroad

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Moroccans Residing Abroad announces a competitive recruitment for 32 third-grade technicians (scale 9) in 2026. This competition aims to select skilled professionals in computer network techniques, software development, and business management, to enhance the ministry's digital and administrative capabilities.

Specialties and Number of Positions

  • Computer Network Techniques: 21 positions (including 1 for Moroccans residing abroad).
  • Computer Development Techniques: 3 positions (including 1 for Moroccans residing abroad).
  • Business Management: 8 positions.

5 positions are reserved for resistance members, wards of the nation, former military personnel, or veterans, and 1 position for persons with disabilities.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Moroccan nationality.
  • Maximum age of 40 years by the competition date.
  • Hold a specialized technician diploma in one of the required specialties from an accredited vocational training institution, or an equivalent diploma.

Examinations

The competition consists of three tests:

  • First Written Test: General topic or translation from Arabic to a foreign language (2 hours, coefficient 2).
  • Second Written Test: Questions related to the specialty (3 hours, coefficient 3).
  • Oral or Practical Test: Interview or practical exercise (15 to 30 minutes).
