Recruitment Competition for Third Grade Administrators

The Head of Government of the Kingdom of Morocco announces the opening of applications for the recruitment competition of third grade administrators in government services. This professional opportunity represents a unique chance to join the state administrative apparatus and contribute to the implementation of government policies.

Competition Details

According to Decision number issued by the Head of Government, this competition will take place on Saturday, April 25, 2026. Three positions are available, distributed as follows:

  • One position in the specialty of Fundamental Studies License in Law with Private Law option
  • Two positions in the specialty of Fundamental Studies License in Economic Sciences and Management with Business Administration and Management option or Fundamental Studies License in Economics and Management with Management option

The organization of this competition is based on several legal texts governing public service, including the Royal Decree number 1.58.008 issued on 4 Chaabane 1377 (February 24, 1958) establishing the general statute of public service, and Decree number 2.11.621 issued on 28 Dhou Al Hijja 1432 (November 25, 2011) defining the conditions and procedures for organizing recruitment competitions in public positions.

Eligibility Requirements

This competition is open to Moroccan nationals aged between 18 and 45 years as of January 1 of the current year. Candidates must hold a License, Fundamental Studies License, Professional License, or equivalent recognized diploma in the specialties mentioned above.

For diplomas that do not clearly indicate the specialty, candidates must attach a certificate issued by the relevant educational institution explicitly stating the required specialty.

Quota System

7% of positions are reserved for candidates who are former resistance fighters, mokafaa al oumma, former military personnel and former combatants, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled" card. This system reflects the state's commitment to integrating different social categories into the administrative apparatus.

Work Location and Responsibilities

The recruited administrators will work in the services of the Head of Government (Royal Golf Rabat Dar Essalam). The responsibilities of a third grade administrator typically include contributing to the development and implementation of government policies, participating in studies and reports, coordinating between different administrative services, and improving administrative performance.
