Recruitment Competition for Specialized Technicians 3rd Grade (Scale 9) at El Hanchane Commune – Essaouira Province
The commune of El Hanchane, in the province of Essaouira, announces a recruitment competition for 3 positions of specialized technician, 3rd grade (scale 9). This is an excellent opportunity for young Moroccan graduates in technical fields to join the local civil service.
Competition Details
- Number of positions: 3
- Required specialties:
- 1 position in civil engineering, public works, major works, or specialized technician site manager / workshop manager
- 2 positions in computer network or IT development
- Required diploma: Specialized technician diploma from vocational training institutes or recognized equivalent diploma.
- Eligibility conditions: Moroccan nationality, age between 18 and 40 years (upper age limit can be extended by the duration of valid or rectifiable pensionable service, up to 5 years).
Quota
25% of positions are reserved for candidates with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military or former combatant, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a disability card.
Examinations
The competition consists of a written test and an oral or practical test:
- Written test: General subject or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to the tasks or functions to be filled or to the competencies of territorial communities. Duration: 3 hours, coefficient 3.
- Oral or practical test: Discussion with the jury on various topics and issues in the specialty and the performance of related tasks. Duration: 15 to 30 minutes, coefficient 4.
How to Apply
Applications must be submitted directly to the registry office of El Hanchane Commune against receipt, or sent by registered mail to: El Hanchane Commune Headquarters – Pachalik of El Hanchane – Essaouira Province. The deadline for submission is June 29, 2026, before 4:30 PM.
