Recruitment Competition for 20 Administrators (2nd Grade) - Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries

The State Secretariat for Fisheries, under the Ministry of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development, and Water and Forests, announces a recruitment competition for 20 positions of Administrator (2nd grade, scale 11). This competition aims to select qualified candidates to fill vacancies in the central administration and external services.

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 45 years.
• Hold a doctoral degree, master's degree, specialized master's, or equivalent in one of the following fields: Fisheries Administration, Food Science and Technology, Maritime Law, Legal Drafting and Legislative Techniques.
• For civil servants: an unconditional prior authorization from their original administration.

Number of Positions

The competition offers 20 positions, allocated as follows:

• 25% reserved for resistance members, war veterans, former military, or former liberation army members.
• 7% reserved for persons with disabilities holding a disability card.

How to Apply

Competition Exam

The competition consists of a written exam lasting 4 hours, covering the field of the administration's competencies, public management, required specialties, or tasks related to the position. The exam date is scheduled for August 2, 2026.

Place of Assignment

Successful candidates will be assigned to the central administration and/or external services of the State Secretariat for Fisheries, mainly in Larache, Agadir, or other cities as needed.
