The Ministry of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development, Water and Forests announces the opening of a recruitment competition for two 2nd grade administrator positions at the Gharb Regional Agricultural Development Office (ORMVAG). This professional opportunity targets Master's degree holders in required specialties, with two vacant positions available in scale 11.

Competition Details and Available Positions

This competition includes two 2nd grade administrator positions, with specific allocation: 25% of positions are reserved for individuals with resistance status, nation's dependents, former military personnel, or former combatants, and 3% for persons with disabilities. Required specialties include:

  • Master's in Financial Management and Accounting
  • Master's in Legal and Judicial Professions or Dispute Law

The assignment location will be at the central administration of ORMVAG in Kénitra.

Application Requirements and Eligibility

To be eligible for this competition, candidates must meet the following conditions:

  • Moroccan nationality
  • Aged between 18 and 45 years as of January 1st of the current year
  • Hold a Master's degree in the required specialty from a qualified national university institution or equivalent diploma
  • Submit application within specified deadlines

Competition Tests and Procedures

The competition includes three main tests:

  • Written Test 1: Covers various legal, economic, managerial, social, human or scientific issues, duration 3 hours
  • Written Test 2: Concerns the ministry's areas of competence or required specialties and tasks, duration 3 hours
  • Oral Test: Interview with the jury on various topics to assess candidate's ability to perform required functions, duration 30 minutes

Candidates must indicate their chosen language (Arabic or French) for written tests in their application. Each test is graded out of 20, with scores below 5/20 being eliminatory. Only candidates achieving an average of at least 10/20 in written tests qualify for the oral test.

Application File Composition

Candidates must complete the information form via the specified link, print it, sign it, and include it in their file. The application file must contain:

  • Copy of properly completed and signed form
  • Signed written request with personal information and specialty
  • Signed curriculum vitae
  • Certified copy of required diploma
  • Certified copy of national identity card
  • 03 self-adhesive envelopes with personal contact details
  • Authorization to compete for currently employed civil servants

Submission Procedure and Deadlines

The application file must be placed in a large envelope marked "Administrator Recruitment" and sent by mail to: 22 Rue Idriss Al Akbar, BP 79, Kénitra. Files must reach ORMVAG by May 8, 2026 at 4:30 PM, with postmark date considered valid.

The list of candidates admitted to written and oral tests, along with competition dates and locations, will be published on www.emploi-public.ma, with this publication serving as official summons. Competition results will also be announced on the same website.
