About the Competition
The Royal Society for the Encouragement of the Horse (SOREC) is hiring a Communication Officer (M/F) for its headquarters in Rabat. This is a contract-based position (recrutement sous contrat) within the Communication Department. You will report to the Head of Professional Communication and Public Relations and contribute to enhancing SOREC's image.

Key Responsibilities
Communication Plan Development
- Participate in developing the communication strategy with the Communication Directorate.
- Ensure consistency of the 360 digital and sponsorship plan with company vision.
- Select appropriate media and content to convey key messages.
- Create a calendar of communication actions aligned with company milestones.
Internal and External Partnerships
- Coordinate between the communication unit and internal departments.
- Collaborate with external providers to launch and complete projects.
- Represent the company and maintain a network of journalists and specialized media.
Budget Management
- Prepare calls for tender according to internal processes.
- Manage and monitor the communication budget efficiently.
- Develop detailed specifications for each communication action.
Content Creation
- Design communication materials and content respecting the graphic charter.
- Propose messages and content to promote the company's image.
Monitoring and Trends
- Conduct documentary monitoring and identify best practices.
- Integrate company culture and values into communication actions.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in Communication, Journalism, or equivalent.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in producing communication materials and managing multiple projects.
- Strong skills in strategic and visual communication.
- Ability to manage public relations, brand image, and projects rigorously.
- High proficiency in negotiation, communication, crisis and emergency management.
- Proactive, meticulous, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong organizational sense.
