Recruitment Competition for an Administrator 2nd Grade at ORMVA Ouarzazate

The Regional Office for Agricultural Development (ORMVA) of Ouarzazate announces a recruitment competition for one position of Administrator 2nd grade (scale 11) for the year 2026. This competition targets graduates in Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing, Geomatics and Land Management, and related fields.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 45 as of January 1, 2026.
• Hold a DESA, DESS, Master, specialized Master, or equivalent diploma in one of the required specializations.

Required Specializations

The required specializations include: Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing, Geomatics and Land Management, GIS and Spatial Planning, Georisks and Geomatics, Applied Geomatics in Earth and Environmental Sciences, and Geomatics Sciences applied to Natural Resource Management.

Competition Tests

The competition consists of a written test and an oral interview. The written test lasts 2 to 3 hours (coefficient 2), and the oral interview lasts 15 to 30 minutes (coefficient 1). Each test is scored out of 20, with a minimum of 5/20 to avoid elimination. Only candidates with an average of at least 10/20 in the written tests are allowed to take the oral test.

• A certified copy of the diploma or equivalence certificate.
• A copy of the national identity card.
• An authorization to take the competition for civil servants.
• A certificate proving status as a resistance fighter, ward of the nation, or former soldier if applicable.
• A copy of the disabled person card for candidates with disabilities.
• The application form available on www.emploi-public.ma.

Applications must be sent in a large envelope marked "Recruitment Administrator" to: The Director of ORMVA Ouarzazate, P.O. Box 29, Ouarzazate. The deadline is May 20, 2026 (postmark date is considered). For resistance fighters, applications must be sent through the High Commission for Former Resistance Fighters.

Competition Date

The written tests will be held on Sunday, June 7, 2026. The list of admitted candidates will be published on www.emploi-public.ma.
