Recruitment Competition for Administrators 2nd Grade – Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts and Social and Solidarity Economy (Tourism Department)

The Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts and Social and Solidarity Economy – Tourism Department – announces a competitive recruitment for 5 positions of Administrator 2nd Grade (Scale 11) in the specialty of Logistics. This is a great opportunity for holders of a Master's degree or equivalent in logistics and transport to join a key government sector.

Eligibility Requirements

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age: between 18 and 45 years as of January 1, 2026.
• Educational background: DESA, DESS, Master, Specialized Master, or equivalent degree recognized by the ministry.
• Specialty: Logistics, Logistics and Transport, or related fields.
• 7% of positions are reserved for persons with disabilities.
• 25% of positions are reserved for resistance members, former combatants, and their eligible dependents.

Application File Components

Registration is exclusively online via the public employment portal: depot.emploi-public.ma. The following documents must be uploaded:

• A written request specifying the chosen specialty.
• A copy of the National Identity Card (valid).
• A Curriculum Vitae (CV) with a recent photo, phone number, and email address.
• A copy of the required diploma.
• For foreign or private institution diplomas: a copy of the equivalence decision from the Ministry of Higher Education.
• If the diploma does not mention the specialty, an attestation from the issuing institution stating the specialty.
• A copy of the disability card or certificate (if applicable).
• Proof of status as a resistance member, former combatant, etc. (if applicable).
• For civil servants: an authorization from the central human resources department.

• Written exam date: September 6, 2026 at 9:00 AM in Rabat or other locations as needed.

Exam Structure

The competition consists of two written tests and an oral test:
