Recruitment Competition for a 4th Grade Technician at the National Library of Morocco

The National Library of the Kingdom of Morocco (BNRM) is organizing a recruitment competition to fill one position of 4th Grade Technician (scale 8) for the year 2026. This competition aims to select a qualified candidate to join the BNRM team and contribute to preserving the cultural and documentary heritage of the Kingdom.

Number of Positions

One position (01) is open for the profile of 4th Grade Technician.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be of Moroccan nationality.
• Must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 40 years of age at the date of recruitment.
• Must hold a technician diploma issued by vocational training institutes established under Decree No. 2.86.325 of 5 Joumada I 1407 (January 9, 1987) on the general status of vocational training institutes, as amended and supplemented, or a recognized equivalent diploma in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Must hold a driver's license of categories 'B' and 'D'.

Required Documents

• Request for participation in the competition addressed to the Director of the National Library of the Kingdom of Morocco.
• Curriculum vitae (CV) with a photo of the candidate.
• Copy of the required diploma or recognized equivalent diploma, accompanied by a copy of the equivalence decision (certificate of completion is not accepted).
• Copy of the national identity card.
• Authorization to take the competition for civil servant candidates.
• Copy of the required driver's license.
• Copy of a disabled person card for persons with disabilities.
• Copy of a certificate proving status as a resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military, or former combatant (if applicable).

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted exclusively via the online platform at depot.emploi-public.ma by uploading scanned documents in PDF format, no later than June 4, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Any application not registered electronically, registered without uploading required documents, submitted after the deadline, not meeting the required conditions, or missing any required document will not be considered.

Date and Location of the Competition

The competition (written and oral exams) will take place on June 28, 2026, at the National Library headquarters in Rabat, with the exact location to be announced later. Lists of candidates admitted to the competition will be published on the BNRM website www.bnrm.ma and on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma. These lists serve as convocation.

Additional Information

A quota of 25% of positions is reserved for candidates with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military, or former combatant, and 7% for persons with disabilities. The salary for this grade ranges from 4,700 to 5,400 MAD per month (scale 8). The National Library of the Kingdom of Morocco is a public cultural and scientific institution founded in 1920, housing millions of rare documents and manuscripts, and serving as a national reference for heritage preservation.
