The Autorité de Contrôle des Assurances et de la Prévoyance Sociale (ACAPS) is recruiting a Confirmed Analyst Studies and Regulation for the Market Organization Service under the Directorate of Regulation and Financial Stability. This is a regular recruitment to strengthen the authority's teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and compliance analyses on authorization requests from insurance and reinsurance companies.
• Analyze compliance of authorization requests from insurance distributors.
• Perform diagnostics and studies on insurance sector regulation.
• Propose recommendations for market regulation improvement.
• Contribute to legal analyses and studies.

Required Profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in finance, statistics, actuarial science, or audit.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance, finance, or audit.

Desired Skills

Rigor, organizational skills, analytical and synthesis abilities, good English level, and strong interpersonal skills.
