Job Opportunity: Project Manager (M/F) – Al Omrane Group, Oriental Region
The Al Omrane Group, a strategic public enterprise and key player in Morocco's housing and territorial development, announces a recruitment for 02 Project Manager positions (M/F) at its Al Omrane Oriental Region company. Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Manage project planning, milestones, progress, and delivery in compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project quality, costs, and deadlines.
- Participate in developing and implementing the entity's action plan.
- Contribute to feasibility studies and project concept definition.
- Handle administrative procedures (authorizations, conformity certificates, building permits).
- Validate architectural and technical studies (APS, APD).
- Assist in tendering and contractor selection.
- Organize site kick-off, follow-up, and handover meetings.
- Ensure compliance with sustainable development and safety standards.
- Monitor project financials and update expenditures.
- Establish a reporting system for achievements and corrective actions.
Required Profile
- Education: State Engineering Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Bridges & Roads, Building, Public Works, or Hydraulics.
- Experience: Initial experience in technical fields (civil engineering and/or construction) is desirable.
- Geographical mobility: Required.

Skills
Technical:
- Basic knowledge of project management in development and construction.
- Proficiency in office and technical tools (Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD).

- Commitment, teamwork, adaptability, rigor, organization, proactivity, initiative, analytical and synthesis skills, good oral and written expression.
