As part of its mission as Project Owner Delegated for the development program of the city of Rabat, Rabat Region Aménagement, a key player in managing major projects, is strengthening its technical teams by recruiting 4 BTP Project Engineer Managers. The position is based in Rabat.

Job Description

Rabat Region Aménagements is seeking BTP Project Engineer Managers to join and energize its team in the context of large-scale development programs in Rabat. The role involves overseeing and managing building and public works projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the management and supervision of building and public works projects.
• Coordinate all project stakeholders (design offices, companies, testing labs, utility providers, etc.).
• Organize, plan, and monitor work execution while respecting quality, cost, and time objectives.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with specifications, technical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead site meetings and follow up on decisions made.
• Implement monitoring, reporting, and progress tracking tools.
• Identify risks, propose corrective actions, and ensure regular project follow-up.
• Participate in work acceptance procedures and resolution of reservations.

Required Profile

• Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, BTP, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing building and public works projects.
• Strong command of project management, stakeholder coordination, and work monitoring.
• Good knowledge of construction techniques, current regulations, and project management procedures.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Sense of responsibility, rigor, and ability to work on complex projects.
