Key Responsibilities and Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for a diverse range of critical functions, including:

• Developing, implementing and monitoring quality, safety and environmental procedures
• Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with QHSE standards and regulations
• Training teams on QSE best practices and evaluating training outcomes
• Monitoring daily quality indicators and analyzing self-control results
• Conducting regulatory and technological monitoring in relevant fields
• Participating in failure analysis and implementing corrective measures
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization
• Serving as liaison with institutional partners and stakeholders
• Preparing and managing certification projects for the agency
• Maintaining ISO certifications and ensuring ongoing compliance

Required Qualifications and Experience

Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree or equivalent in engineering, preferably with QSE specialization
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in QSE field, including 2 years in leadership role
• Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilities
• Proactive approach with strong anticipation capabilities
• Thorough knowledge of international standards and Moroccan regulations
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams
