Key Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for a diverse range of critical functions, including:
- Developing, implementing and monitoring quality, safety and environmental procedures
- Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with QHSE standards and regulations
- Training teams on QSE best practices and evaluating training outcomes
- Monitoring daily quality indicators and analyzing self-control results
- Conducting regulatory and technological monitoring in relevant fields
- Participating in failure analysis and implementing corrective measures
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization
- Serving as liaison with institutional partners and stakeholders
- Preparing and managing certification projects for the agency
- Maintaining ISO certifications and ensuring ongoing compliance
Required Qualifications and Experience
Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent in engineering, preferably with QSE specialization
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in QSE field, including 2 years in leadership role
- Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive approach with strong anticipation capabilities
- Thorough knowledge of international standards and Moroccan regulations
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams
