Quality Management System Lead at Rabat Region Aménagements

Job Description

Rabat Région Aménagements (RRA), a delegated project management company for the development program of Rabat city, is looking for a Quality Management System (QMS) Pilot to design, implement, and lead its quality management system in line with ISO standards. The position is based in Rabat and offers a key role in achieving ISO certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and pilot the QMS according to ISO requirements.
• Map, formalize, and optimize business processes in collaboration with departments.
• Develop, update, and distribute quality documentation (processes, procedures, indicators).
• Plan and conduct internal audits, follow up action plans, and ensure corrective/preventive actions.
• Train teams on QMS requirements and promote continuous improvement.
• Define and monitor quality performance indicators and report to top management.
• Lead the ISO certification project from start to certification.

Required Profile

• Master's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Mandatory experience in implementing a QMS leading to ISO certification.
• Excellent knowledge of ISO standards, quality tools, process mapping, and continuous improvement methods.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and engage teams.
• Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
