Call for Applications for Responsibility Positions at the Province of Ouezzane

The Province of Ouezzane is pleased to announce a call for applications to fill five vacant head of service positions within the provincial secretariat. This initiative is part of the implementation of Decree No. 2.11.681 on the appointment of division heads and service heads in public administrations.

Available Positions

• Budget and Accounting Service (Budget and Human Resources Division)
• Works, Equipment, and Infrastructure Service (Equipment Division)
• Program Monitoring and Execution Service (Social Action Division)
• Planning and Equipment Service (Territorial Communities Division)
• Urban Planning and Architecture Service (Environment and Urban Planning Division)

Eligibility Criteria

The call is open to permanent civil servants and contract staff of the Ministry of the Interior under the general budget who meet the following conditions:

• Be ranked at least as a Grade 2 Manager or Engineer or in a similar grade.
• Hold at least a diploma allowing access to Grade 3 Manager or Engineer level.
• Have at least two (2) years of actual service as a permanent staff member, or three (3) years for contract staff.

Applications are also accepted from staff currently serving as service heads, and from staff ranked as Grade 3 Managers with at least 15 years of actual service, including 4 years in that grade.

Application File

• Application letter with a recent photo, accompanied by the immediate supervisor's approval and opinion on the candidate's competence.
• Downloadable application file from www.emploi-public.ma, including a CV and a work plan.
• Appointment decision in the current framework, and appointment decision in a responsibility position if applicable.

Deadline

Applications must be submitted through the administrative hierarchy to the Governor of Ouezzane Province by June 3, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Selection Process

A committee appointed by the Governor will preselect complete files and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates. The interview date will be announced later.
