Job Opportunity: Project Manager at Al Omrane Group Eastern Region

Al Omrane Group (GAO), a strategic public entity and the state's instrument for implementing government policy in housing and territorial development, is recruiting for the position of Project Manager (01 position) within its Eastern Regional representation. Key Duties and Responsibilities

The appointed candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the implementation of the Group's orientations regarding engineering and operations monitoring.
  • Contributing to the development of action plans, planning, monitoring, and evaluation of activities.
  • Consolidating, analyzing, and monitoring the action plans of Al Omrane companies.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of innovative technical solutions in the construction field.
  • Establishing technical performance indicators and contributing to their improvement.
  • Supporting the central team in the technical and strategic steering of development and construction projects.
  • Participating in the supervision of on-site operations.
  • Contributing to the collection, analysis, and consolidation of technical project data.
  • Participating in the development of project monitoring dashboards.
  • Assisting in the implementation of project management tools and methods (planning, execution monitoring, variance analysis).
  • Contributing to the drafting of technical notes, progress reports, and summary documents.
  • Participating in risk identification and proposing corrective measures.
  • Conducting monitoring of technical, regulatory, and digital innovations related to the Group's missions.

Position Requirements

  • Required Education: State Engineering Diploma (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Roads & Bridges, Building, Public Works, or Hydraulics.
  • Experience: Initial experience in the Technical field (Civil Engineering and/or Construction) is desirable. Only professional experiences directly related to the position's duties will be considered during pre-selection.
  • Geographical mobility is required.

Required Skills and Competencies

Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of development and construction project management.
  • Proficiency in office and technical tools (Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD).
  • Analytical mindset for technical data and operational monitoring.
