Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Ensuring strict adherence to cost, timeline, and quality parameters across all projects
- Serving as primary liaison with diverse stakeholders including regional authorities, ministries, prefectures, municipalities, and other relevant parties
- Establishing coordination protocols, communication frameworks, and regulatory compliance procedures
- Overseeing both design and implementation phases of various development projects
- Allocating resources and making strategic decisions regarding project prioritization
- Implementing comprehensive quality management systems including training programs and procedural documentation
- Team leadership and internal management of department personnel
