Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age between 18 and 45 years maximum as of January 1 of the current year (except for civil servants exempted from age condition).
• Hold a doctorate or state doctorate (or recognized equivalent) in the required specialties.

• Handwritten request addressed to the president of the institution, signed, with name, address, phone, and email.
• Recent CV with photo.
• Copy of national ID card.
• Authorization to compete (for civil servants).
• Authorization from the Head of Government (for candidates exceeding age limit).
• Copies of degrees obtained.
• Copy of doctorate diploma (not a certificate of success).
• Copy of the doctoral thesis.
• Copy of equivalence decision (for foreign diplomas).
• Copy of equivalence table published in the Official Bulletin (for private university diplomas).
• Copy of disability certificate (if applicable).
• Copy of proof of membership in former resistance or military (if applicable).
• Copy of scientific file (research works).
• Sworn statement of authenticity of documents.

Examination Process

The competition consists of two tests:

1. First test: Review of application files and preselection.
2. Second test: Oral presentation and interview before the jury.

Each test is graded out of 20. Any score below 10/20 is disqualifying.
