Procurement Manager Recruitment – Région Aménagement Marrakech

Job Announcement

The Regional Development Company “Région Aménagement Marrakech” S.A. is recruiting a Procurement Manager to lead all procurement and supply chain activities in compliance with Moroccan public procurement regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the company's procurement strategy.
• Prepare annual procurement and supply plans.
• Identify needs across departments.
• Optimize costs and streamline expenses.
• Prepare and supervise tender documents.
• Draft or review consultation documents (specifications, regulations).
• Ensure compliance with the Public Procurement Code.
• Participate in bid opening and evaluation committees.
• Manage contracts, amendments, guarantees, and deliveries.
• Develop a reliable supplier portfolio and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Procurement, Supply Chain, Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan Public Procurement Code.
• Proficiency in office tools and ERP systems.
• Excellent writing and negotiation skills.
• Leadership, initiative, rigor, organization, analytical skills, teamwork, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
