Details of the Pharmacist Recruitment Competition at the Ministry of Health and Social Protection

The Ministry of Health and Social Protection, represented by the Regional Health Directorate of Fez-Meknes, is organizing a recruitment competition for the position of First-Grade Pharmacist (Scale 11) for the year 2026. This competition aims to select 4 highly qualified candidates to fill pharmacy positions in hospitals and health centers under the Ministry in the region.

Eligibility Criteria

The competition is open to Moroccan nationals, aged at least 18 and at most 45 on January 1st of the current year, holding a Doctorate in Pharmacy or a recognized equivalent degree in accordance with current regulations.

Available Positions

• Total number of positions: 30 posts distributed as follows:
  • General Practitioners: 24 posts
  • Pharmacists: 04 posts
  • Dental Surgeons: 02 posts
• 25% of the positions are reserved for persons with the status of resistance fighter, former combatant, former military, or ward of the nation, and 7% for persons with disabilities.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted in two mandatory steps:

1. Fill out the information form: Candidates must complete the specific information form for the required specialty available on the Ministry of Health and Social Protection website www.sante.gov.ma no later than July 8, 2026, at 4:30 PM.
2. Submit the application file: Application files must be submitted exclusively via the dedicated electronic platform on the Ministry's website. The deadline for submission is Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Any application received after this date will not be considered.

Required Documents

• Copy of the Doctorate in Pharmacy or equivalent degree, accompanied by a copy of the equivalence decision if applicable.
• Copy of the biometric national identity card.
• Certificate of registration on the lists of persons with disabilities (for persons with disabilities).
• Copy of a document proving the status of resistance fighter, former combatant, former military, or ward of the nation (for those who have it).
• Authorization to take the competition for civil servants and employees of university hospital centers, issued by the employing administration.

Competition Date and Location

The competition will take place on Sunday, July 12, 2026, at 9:00 AM in Fez. The written test includes direct questions or multiple-choice questions related to the required specialties. The score is between 0 and 20. Any score of 5 or less is eliminatory. For each cadre, a list of successful candidates is established within the limit of the positions to be filled, and a waiting list, ranked by merit, among candidates with an average of at least 10 out of 20.

Salary and Benefits

The monthly salary for a first-grade pharmacist (scale 11) ranges from 8,200 to 9,400 MAD, with the possibility of additional allowances and bonuses related to professional practice.

Results Publication

The lists of candidates admitted to take the competition are published on the Ministry's website and on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma. These lists become final two days after their publication.
