Position Overview

Key Responsibilities and Duties

The successful candidate will undertake essential responsibilities including:

  • Ensuring and developing personnel administrative management while respecting current regulations
  • Supervising payroll preparation and social declarations within specified deadlines
  • Monitoring developments in social legislation and new benefits offered by social security organizations
  • Developing and implementing personnel administrative procedures while ensuring continuous improvement
  • Overseeing the creation, management, and updating of personnel administrative files
  • Collecting HR data, producing reports, and contributing to dashboard updates
  • Managing relationships with service providers and social organizations
  • Assisting hierarchy in organizing and managing joint administrative committee operations
  • Coordinating and supporting decentralized directorate support services on various personnel administrative aspects
  • Managing personnel complaints and various administrative benefits
  • Assisting hierarchy in developing entity program contracts and ensuring their translation into operational action plans
  • Ensuring supervision, assistance, and evaluation of staff under responsibility while contributing to their skills development

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must meet the following conditions:

  • Moroccan nationality
  • Age under 40 years by December 31, 2026
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent minimum qualification
  • Minimum 4 years experience in personnel administration, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Proficiency in AGIRH information system considered an additional advantage

About the Institution

The National Fisheries Office is a public establishment created by Dahir No. 1-69-45 of 4 Hijja 1388 (February 21, 1969). The institution is currently headed by Ms. Amina FIGUIGUI as General Director since February 18, 2010. The headquarters is located at 15, rue du Lieutenant Med Mahroud B.P: 16243, 20 300 Casablanca, Morocco.
