ONP Morocco Opens Recruitment for 2 Managerial Positions in Fish Market

Job Announcement

The National Fisheries Office (ONP) has announced an internal call for applications for two managerial positions: Head of Marketing Service at El Jadida Fish Market and VDP (Direct Sale to Professionals) Manager in Lassarga. The decision (No. DG/SG/DPS/DRH16/2026) was signed by the Director General.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to their respective delegations, the main duties include:

• Managing the operational and commercial activities of the fish market or VDP in line with office policies and procedures.
• Providing marketing services to professionals and supporting the development of the fishing industry.
• Optimizing revenue and promoting sales at the market or VDP.
• Collecting, analyzing, and transmitting customer needs and complaints to management.
• Analyzing technical issues related to the facility and proposing solutions.
• Monitoring results periodically and making necessary adjustments.
• Providing periodic reports (weekly, monthly, etc.) to management.
• Ensuring achievement of development, quality, and profitability objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with the operations manual and marketing procedures.
• Enforcing quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintaining dashboards, analyzing indicators, and reporting to management.
• Ensuring proper functioning of infrastructure and equipment.
• Supervising, assisting, and evaluating staff under their responsibility.

Candidate Profile

Applicants must:

• Be classified at scale 9 or higher.
• Hold a technician diploma or equivalent.
• Have at least 4 years of professional experience (by the application deadline), including 2 years at ONP.
