Recruitment Competition: Petroleum Drilling Engineer

The National Office of Hydrocarbons and Mines (ONHYM) announces a recruitment competition for the position of Petroleum Drilling Engineer (reference DDP-1\2026), under the 2026 framework law. This competition is open to Moroccan candidates meeting the specified requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 45 years as of December 31, 2026.
• Holder of a State Engineer or Master's degree in Drilling Engineering or Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the drilling field.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in English (technical).
• Knowledge of hydraulics, drilling engineering, and petroleum engineering.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Team spirit, initiative, and autonomy.
• Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Civil servants must attach an authorization from their employer. 25% of positions are reserved for resisters, wards of the nation, former military or combatants, and 7% for persons with disabilities.

Selection Process
