ONHYM Recruitment Competition for Mineralurgist Engineer

The National Office of Hydrocarbons and Mines (ONHYM) announces a recruitment competition for the position of Mineralurgist Engineer at its headquarters in Rabat. This recruitment is part of the 2026 framework law and aims to strengthen expertise in mineral processing.

Position Details:

• Number of positions: 1
• Education level: BAC+5 (State Engineer, Master's, or PhD)
• Specialty: Characterization, valorization and treatment of minerals, or mineral engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a laboratory environment.
• Location: Rabat.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in mechanical sample preparation techniques.
• Mastery of mineral characterization and valorization techniques.
• Knowledge of quality management, HSE, and laboratory standards.
• Fluency in English.
• Analytical and synthesis skills, teamwork, initiative, autonomy.
• Ability to update and develop knowledge.
• Proficiency in office tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 45 years as of December 31, 2026.
• Hold a degree from a Moroccan national institute or public university, or an equivalent recognized diploma.

25% of positions are reserved for resistance members, wards of the nation, former military or combatants, and 7% for persons with disabilities.
