OFPPT Job Opportunity: Regional Director for Casablanca-Settat (Central Director Level)

The Office of Vocational Training and Labor Promotion (OFPPT) is inviting applications for the position of Regional Director of the Casablanca-Settat Regional Directorate, with the rank of Central Director. This is a single opening.

Key Responsibilities

The Regional Director will oversee multiple strategic areas. For Business Services, responsibilities include developing the continuing training offer, responding to tenders, monitoring billing and collection, and conducting training engineering. The Director also supervises youth entrepreneurship support and maintains external communication with professionals and authorities.

In Audit and Management Control, the role involves auditing training institutions, performing accounting and budget controls, ensuring compliance with procedures, and developing performance dashboards.

For Insertion and Orientation, the Director supervises the development of the regional vocational training map, implements the communication strategy, manages candidate orientation and selection, and monitors graduate employment outcomes.

In Quality Control, the Director ensures training quality and evaluation, conducts technical-pedagogical audits, organizes trainee assessments, and oversees trainer training plans.

Finally, in Administration and Logistics, the Director manages personnel administration, workforce planning, and legal disputes.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have proven leadership experience, strong management skills, and a good understanding of the vocational training sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities are required.
