Morocco's Water & Equipment Ministry seeks 3 division heads

The Ministry of Equipment and Water has announced a call for applications to fill three vacant responsibility positions at the division head level within its central services. This recruitment is carried out in accordance with Decree No. 2.11.681 on the appointment procedures for division and service heads in public administrations.

• Information Systems Security Operations Division - Directorate of Information Systems and Digitalization (Code: DSIN/CD/01/2026)
• Works and Maintenance of Technical Structures Division - Directorate of Road Works and Operation (Code: DGR/CD/01/2026)

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be civil servants or contract agents currently working at the Ministry of Equipment and Water, meeting the following conditions:

• Be at least ranked as a 2nd-grade manager or State engineer, or equivalent grade.
• Hold a degree or diploma allowing access to the 3rd-grade manager level or equivalent.
• Have at least 4 years of effective service as a permanent civil servant, or 5 years for contract agents.

Application File

The application file must include:

• An application letter with a curriculum vitae using form NP-MV3.
• A work program and methodology proposed for managing the administrative unit and improving its performance, using form 712-1574.

Files must be submitted in five copies to the office of the Director of Human Resources no later than July 8, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Selection Process

A committee appointed by order of the minister will pre-select eligible files and conduct competitive interviews. Results will be published on the public employment portal www.emploi-public.ma and the ministry's official website www.equipement.gov.ma.
