Recruitment Competition for First-Grade Nurse (Scale 10) – 600 Positions

The Ministry of Health and Social Protection is organizing a recruitment competition for the position of first-grade nurse (scale 10) under the Regional Directorate of Draa-Tafilalet. This initiative aims to fill 600 positions to strengthen healthcare services in the region, with 25% of posts reserved for resistance fighters, former military personnel, and their beneficiaries, and 7% for persons with disabilities.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 45 years as of January 1 of the current year.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in nursing from a Higher Institute of Nursing Professions and Health Techniques, or a State diploma in paramedical studies (first cycle), or an equivalent recognized diploma.

Number of Positions and Distribution

A total of 600 positions are open, distributed according to required specialties, with a focus on general nursing. The competition will be held in Errachidia on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at 9:00 AM.

Exam Structure

The competition consists of two written tests:

• General test: Duration 2 hours, coefficient 1, covering direct or multiple-choice questions on public health.
• Specialized test: Duration 2 hours, coefficient 3, assessing the candidate's ability to perform tasks related to the position.

Each test is scored from 0 to 20. A score of 5 or below is eliminatory. Successful candidates are ranked by merit within the limit of available positions, with an overall average of at least 10 out of 20.

How to Apply

Applications are submitted in two steps:

1. Online registration: Fill out the information form on the Ministry of Health website (www.sante.gov.ma) before June 23, 2026.
2. Submission of the application file: Upload the required documents via the dedicated electronic platform on the same website, including:
   • A copy of the required diploma.
   • A copy of the biometric national identity card.
   • A certificate of registration on the list of persons with disabilities (if applicable).
   • A copy of the certificate proving status as a resistance fighter, former military, etc. (if applicable).
   • An authorization to take the competition for employees and staff of university hospitals.

The deadline for submitting applications is June 23, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Any incomplete or late application will be rejected.

Results Announcement

The list of candidates admitted to the competition will be published on the Ministry's website (www.sante.gov.ma) and on www.emploi-public.ma, serving as a summons. Final results will be displayed at the headquarters of the Regional Health Directorate of Draa-Tafilalet.
