Morocco Equipment Ministry seeks 2 road department heads

Job Announcement: Head of Service Positions at the Ministry of Equipment and Water

The Ministry of Equipment and Water has announced a call for applications for two head of service positions within the General Directorate of Roads. This is part of the ministry's ongoing efforts to strengthen administrative capacity and improve public service delivery.

Available Positions

The two positions are:

• Head of General Affairs Service, Financial Affairs Division (code DGR/03/2026)
• Head of Procurement and Accounting and Administrative Management Service (code DGR/04/2026)

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be permanent civil servants or contract agents currently working at the Ministry of Equipment and Water, meeting the following requirements:

• Be at least in the grade of Senior Inspector (2nd grade) or State Engineer, or equivalent.
• Hold a degree or diploma that allows access to the grade of Senior Inspector (3rd grade) or equivalent.
• Have at least 2 years of actual service as a permanent employee, or 3 years for contract agents.
• Employees currently serving as head of service may also apply.
• Employees in the grade of Senior Inspector (3rd grade) or equivalent with at least 15 years of actual service, including 4 years in the current grade, may also apply.

Application File

The application file must include:

• A cover letter with a CV using form NP-MV3.
• A work plan and methodology for managing the administrative unit and improving its performance, using form NP-MV4.

Applications must be submitted in 5 copies to the Directorate of Human Resources by July 8, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Selection Process

A committee appointed by the minister will review applications and conduct interviews.
