Key Responsibilities and Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete management of IT projects, from business requirements definition (MOA) to technical implementation (MOE). Primary responsibilities include:

• Collecting, analyzing, and documenting user functional requirements
• Drafting requirement specifications and technical specifications
• Contributing to technical solution design with internal or external teams
• Ensuring follow-up of development, integration, and production deployment
• Maintaining compliance with timelines, budget, and technical quality of deliverables
• Organizing business workshops and monitoring deliverable acceptance
• Tracking project risks and providing regular reporting
• Supporting users through change management processes

Required Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree (Master's level) in computer science with 5 to 8 years of experience managing IT projects in MOE/MOA environments. Essential skills include:

• Mastery of project management methodologies (V-Cycle, Agile, Scrum)
• Expertise in functional analysis and information system design
• Strong knowledge of application architectures
• Proficiency with modeling tools such as UML and BPMN
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
• Strong commitment, organizational skills, and respect for confidentiality
• Analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to detail
• Responsiveness, adaptability, and excellent team spirit
