Candidates must be Moroccan nationals, aged between 18 and 40 years, and hold a specialized technician diploma in electrical engineering from recognized vocational training institutions.

Examination Structure

The competition consists of two main tests:

• A written test lasting three hours with a coefficient of 4, including questions about professional tasks, ministry competencies, and the required specialization
• An oral and practical test lasting 15 to 30 minutes with a coefficient of 3, aimed at evaluating the candidate's practical abilities

A minimum score of 12 out of 20 in the written test is required to qualify for the oral test.

Special Quotas for Target Groups

The ministry has reserved 25% of positions for individuals with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military personnel, or former combatant, and 7% for persons with disabilities holding a "disabled person" card.
