Ministry of Health and Social Protection Recruits 200 Technicians (Grade 4) in Morocco

The Ministry of Health and Social Protection announces a recruitment competition for 200 technicians of the 4th grade, specializing in 'Transport and Emergency Care' (Ambulance Technician). Successful candidates will be assigned to various administrative and hospital institutions under the ministry across the Kingdom.

Examination Centers

The competition will be held in the following centers: Rabat, Casablanca, Fez, Tetouan, Oujda, Beni Mellal, Marrakech, Agadir, Guelmim, Errachidia, Laayoune, and Oued Eddahab.

Eligibility Conditions

• Must be of Moroccan nationality.
• Age: at least 18 years and at most 40 years on January 1st of the current year, with possible extension for a period equivalent to 3/8 of valid or validable services for retirement, not exceeding 45 years.
• Hold a technical diploma in Transport and Emergency Care issued by the training institutes for technicians in Transport and Emergency Care, or an equivalent diploma recognized according to current regulations.

Number of Positions

The number of open positions is 200. A quota of 25% of the positions is reserved for persons qualifying as resistance fighters, wards of the nation, former military, or former combatants, and 7% for persons with disabilities.

Type of Tests

Written Tests:

• Test related to the specialty (3 hours, coefficient 2).
• General test in analysis and translation: summary of a text in Arabic or French with commentary, and translation of the summary into the other language (3 hours, coefficient 2).

Oral Test:

Relates to general knowledge and the specialty (15 minutes, coefficient 2).

Any score below 5 out of 20 is eliminatory. Candidates with an average of at least 12 out of 20 in the written tests without any eliminatory score are eligible for the oral test. Successful candidates are those who obtain a total average of at least 12 out of 20 in both written and oral tests, without any eliminatory score, within the limit of available positions.

Application Procedure

Candidacy for the competition must follow these steps:

1. Registration in the IT application: Candidates must fill in the information form available on the Ministry's website www.sante.gov.ma no later than June 5, 2026.
2. Uploading the application file: Application files must be uploaded exclusively via the electronic platform on the same website. The deadline for submission is Friday, June 5, 2026, at 4:30 PM. Any file submitted after this date will not be considered.

Application File Composition:

• Copy of the diploma issued by the above-mentioned institutes or a recognized equivalent diploma.
• Copy of the electronic national identity card.
• Certificate of registration on the list of persons with disabilities (for persons with disabilities).
• Copy of a certificate proving status as a resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former military, or former combatant (for those concerned).
• Authorization to take the competition for civil servants and employees of hospital institutions, issued by the employing administration.

Admission Lists

The lists of admitted candidates, which serve as convocation, will be published on the ministry's website www.sante.gov.ma and become final two days after publication.

Important Notes

• Any application file uploaded after the deadline is null and void.
• Registration in the IT application is final and cannot be modified.
• Final admission lists are established in order of merit within the limit of available positions.
