Recruitment Competition for 60 Technicians (Grade 3) at the Ministry of Health

The Ministry of Health and Social Protection announces a recruitment competition to fill 60 positions of Technician Grade 3 (Scale 9). This regular recruitment aims to strengthen technical staff in health administrations and hospitals across Morocco.

Required Specialty

The competition is open for the specialty "Computer Network Techniques" (Techniques des Réseaux Informatiques). Candidates must hold a specialized technician diploma (DTS) or an equivalent recognized degree.

Eligibility Conditions

• Moroccan nationality.
• Age between 18 and 40 years (extendable to 45 under certain conditions).
• Possess the required diploma.

Examination Centers

Written exams will be held in several cities: Rabat, Casablanca, Fez, Tetouan, Oujda, Beni Mellal, Marrakech, Agadir, Guelmim, Errachidia, Laayoune, and Oued Eddahab. Additional centers may be added.

Exam Format

The competition consists of two written tests and an oral interview:

• Written Specialty Test: 3 hours, covering the specialty subject.
• General Written Test: 3 hours, including summary and translation between Arabic and French.
• Oral Interview: Minimum 15 minutes, focusing on general knowledge and the specialty.

Scores are out of 20; any score below 5 is disqualifying. Candidates need an average of at least 12 in the written tests to qualify for the oral. Final success requires an overall average of at least 12 with no disqualifying score.

Application Procedure

Applications are submitted online only via www.sante.gov.ma:

1. Fill out the information form by July 14, 2026.
2. Upload the electronic dossier containing:
   • Copy of diploma or equivalence.
   • Copy of national ID card.
   • Disability certificate (if applicable).
   • Proof of resistance or veteran status (if applicable).
   • Authorization for current civil servants.
3. Deadline: July 14, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Candidate Lists and Results

Lists of admitted candidates will be published on the ministry's website and serve as convocation. They become final after two days. Final results are announced after the oral interview.
