Call for Applications Details

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates announces a call for applications to fill 18 division head positions across various directorates. This initiative aims to strengthen administrative leadership and improve service performance.

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be a permanent employee or contract agent currently working at the ministry.
• Hold a degree or diploma allowing access to the grade of Secretary of Foreign Affairs or Manager of 3rd grade or equivalent.
• Be classified at least as Advisor of Foreign Affairs or Manager of 2nd grade or State Engineer.
• Have at least 4 years of service as a permanent employee or 5 years for contract agents.
• Have previously served as division head or be exempted due to service necessity.

Required Documents

• Application form with supervisor's opinion (available on the website).
• Detailed CV (according to the provided template).
• Work program and methodology for managing and developing the administrative unit.

Applications must be submitted in 3 copies via the administrative hierarchy to the Human Capital Directorate by July 13, 2026.
