Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Be a civil servant or contract agent currently working at the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
• For a division head position: Be classified at least at the grade of Finance Inspector of the 2nd grade or State Engineer of Finance or equivalent, hold a diploma allowing access to the required grade, have at least 4 years of effective service as a permanent employee or 5 years as a contract agent, and have previously served as a service head.
• For a service head position: Be classified at least at the grade of Finance Inspector of the 2nd grade or equivalent, with 2 years of effective service (permanent) or 3 years (contractual). Exceptionally, employees classified at the 3rd grade with 15 years of effective service, including 4 years in the current grade, may apply.

Applications must include:

• A cover letter.
• A completed application form downloaded from the ministry's electronic portal: emaliya.finances.gov.ma, including a CV, a work plan, and the approval of the directorate with the opinion of the direct supervisor.
• Two recent passport-sized photos.

Applications must be submitted through the hierarchical chain to the Directorate of Administrative and General Affairs by May 12, 2026.
