Mining Drilling Operator Recruitment at ONHYM 4 Positions

About the Competition

The National Office of Hydrocarbons and Mines (ONHYM) is organizing a recruitment competition under the 2026 framework law, as part of the annual recruitment announcement DG/PS/DRH/N°25-26 of March 5, 2026. This competition aims to fill 4 positions of Mining Drilling Operator, classified at the construction sites. Successful candidates will join a key player in Morocco's mining and energy sector.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following conditions:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Aged between 18 and 40 as of December 31, 2026.
• Hold a Baccalaureate (BAC) from a national institution or an equivalent recognized diploma.
• Driver's license category B obtained before December 31, 2022; category C is an advantage.
• Experience in mining, oil, water, or geotechnical drilling (asset).
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, strict adherence to work and safety instructions, physical capacity, reactivity, quality focus, teamwork, dynamism, listening skills, adaptability.

Selection Process

After reviewing the files, shortlisted candidates will be invited via email for a written test. Successful candidates will be ranked by merit. 25% of positions are reserved for resistance members, wards of the nation, former military, and veterans.
