Job Opportunity: Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program Manager

Ecole Centrale Casablanca (ECC) is recruiting a Program Manager for the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program. This is a full-time, permanent position (CDI) based in Casablanca, Morocco. The Program Manager will lead the strategic planning, operational management, and overall coordination of this prestigious scholarship program.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the operational translation of the program strategy into annual and multi-year action plans.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities including recruitment, academic support, leadership training, entrepreneurship, employability, and alumni engagement.
• Oversee academic monitoring of scholars in collaboration with the Academic Affairs Office.
• Organize and lead steering committee meetings.
• Prepare periodic narrative and analytical reports for ECC and the Mastercard Foundation.
• Support budget monitoring and ensure expenditure compliance.
• Contribute to institutional communication and alumni network development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in project management, business administration, social sciences, or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in higher education or human development.
• Strong understanding of the African context and challenges related to access to education.
• Excellent command of French and English.
