Job Opportunity

The Fondation Ecole Centrale Casablanca is recruiting a Program Assistant for the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at ECC. This is a permanent contract (CDI) based in Casablanca. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in administration, management, or a related field, with at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in higher education or an internationally funded program.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative management: maintain participant files, prepare documents, update databases.
• Participant support: collect academic information, track deadlines, respond to inquiries.
• Logistics coordination: organize meetings, workshops, seminars, and events.
• Budget and financial support: monitor expenses, prepare supporting documents.
• Reporting and communication: assist in preparing periodic reports and updating communication materials.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in administration, management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative tools.
• Fluency in French and good command of English.
