Recruitment Competition for Administrative Officers and a Polyvalent Manager at MAP

The Maghreb Arabe Presse (MAP), a strategic public establishment, is organizing an external recruitment competition on August 2, 2026, for three (3) positions: two (2) Administrative Officers (contractual or statutory, scale 11) and one (1) Polyvalent Manager (statutory, scale 10). Positions are based in Rabat.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Moroccan nationality.
  • Under 40 years of age on the competition date.
  • No criminal or disciplinary convictions.
  • Good moral character and civic rights.
  • Not listed in the central disciplinary record of public administrations.

Required Profiles

1. Administrative Officer (2 positions, scale 11)

Degree required: Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Management, or Business Administration.

Professional experience: 2 to 3 years in HR or administration.

Main duties: Implement HR policies and procedures, manage personnel files, monitor staff movements, contribute to recruitment and mobility, handle social affairs and benefits, prepare dashboards and reports, ensure regulatory compliance.

2. Polyvalent Manager (1 position, scale 10)

Degree required: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Management or Law.

Main duties: Manage personnel administrative files, track leave and absences, process payroll, participate in recruitment and onboarding, contribute to social affairs, support training planning, ensure regulatory compliance, manage documentation, assist in preparing HR reports.

Competition Process

After a pre-selection, shortlisted candidates will take the following tests:

  • Written tests: General essay (2 hours, coefficient 2) and a technical knowledge and general culture questionnaire (1.5 hours, coefficient 3).
  • Oral tests: Interview and personality/aptitude tests (30 minutes, coefficient 7).

Results will be published on MAP's website (www.map.ma) and the public employment portal (www.emploi-public.ma).
