Main Responsibilities

The Maintenance Manager will lead and oversee infrastructure projects, sports facilities, and buildings, from design to final handover. Key tasks include technical control, coordination of stakeholders, contract monitoring, and team supervision to ensure quality, safety, and deadlines.

Required Profile

• State Engineer degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Robot, CSIBridge, GeoSlope, MS Office.
• Knowledge of public procurement procedures.
