Job Opportunity at Bank Al-Maghrib: Loan Manager

Bank Al-Maghrib, the central bank of the Kingdom of Morocco, announces the opening of applications for a Loan Manager position as part of regular recruitment. This strategic role falls within the framework of strengthening the Human Resources and Training Department's workforce and requires a candidate with practical experience in loan management within credit institutions.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Loan Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing applications and files for social loans granted by the Bank to its staff. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing loan applications from staff members.
  • Handling all stages of loan granting in consultation with various stakeholders in the process, from receipt of the application to disbursement, in accordance with regulations governing loan approval.
  • Monitoring loan deductions and repayments.
  • Updating and ensuring follow-up of activity dashboards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Hold a university degree at Bac+2 or Bac+3 level.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in a credit institution as a loan manager or equivalent.
  • Be of Moroccan nationality.
  • Be under 40 years of age.

Skills and Personal Qualities

Bank Al-Maghrib is looking for a candidate with the following skills:

  • Good knowledge of credit risk management and analysis.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office).
  • Organizational skills.
  • Listening skills.
  • Interpersonal ease.
  • Ethics, integrity, and rigor.
