Recruitment of 7 Technicians (Grade 4) at Haddada Commune, Kénitra
The Commune of Haddada, under the province of Kénitra, announces a recruitment competition to fill seven (07) positions of technicians of the 4th grade (scale 8) for the year 2026. This competition aims to strengthen the commune's human resources to better serve the local population in key technical fields.
Required Specialties and Number of Positions
- Information Technology (IT): number of positions not specified individually, but the total is 7 positions distributed according to needs.
- Mechanics and Vehicle Driving: this specialty requires, in addition to the diploma, a driving license of category C or D, or both.
- Electrical Engineering: covers general and industrial electrical techniques.
Positions are allocated based on the commune's needs, with 25% reserved for candidates with the status of resistance fighter, ward of the nation, former soldier, or former combatant, and 7% for people with disabilities, as per Moroccan law.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Moroccan nationality.
- Enjoyment of civil and political rights.
- Aged between 18 and 40 years as of January 1, 2026, with possible extension of the upper age limit to 45 years for resistance members, wards of the nation, former soldiers, and former combatants.
- Possession of one of the following diplomas in the required specialty:
- Vocational training diploma created by Decree No. 2.86.325 of January 9, 1987 (technician level).
- Or an equivalent diploma as per Decree No. 2.12.90 of April 30, 2012.
- For the mechanics and vehicle driving specialty, a driving license of category C or D (or both) is required.
Application File Contents
The application file must include:
- A written request specifying the desired specialty.
- A CV with photo, phone number, permanent address, and email.
- A copy of the national identity card.
- A copy of the diploma or certificate in the required specialty.
- A copy of the driving license (category C or D) for the mechanics specialty.

Competition Process
The competition consists of two tests:
- Written test: 4 hours, covering a general topic or multiple-choice questions (MCQ) related to the duties or functions to be filled or the competencies of territorial communities.
- Oral or practical test (or both): 3 hours (including preparation time), involving a discussion with the jury on various topics or a practical test in the specialty. Candidates scoring at least 12 out of 20 on the written test are eligible for the oral/practical test.
Date and Location
The written test will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at one of the faculties of Ibn Tofail University in Kénitra (location to be announced later). The oral/practical test will take place at the headquarters of Kénitra Commune. The publication of the list of admitted candidates serves as a summons; no individual invitations will be sent.
