Job Opening: Head of Studies Division at National Human Rights Council

Job Announcement Details

The President of the National Human Rights Council (CNDH) has announced an internal call for applications for the position of Head of the Studies and Research Division within the Directorate of Studies, Research and Documentation. This leadership role aims to enhance the Council's capacity in research and studies related to human rights.

Eligibility Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Moroccan nationality.
• Hold a Master's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience.
• Possess the scientific, cognitive, and managerial qualifications required for the position.
• Proficiency in Arabic, French, and English.

Application File Components

The application file must include:

1. An application letter, accompanied by the direct supervisor's opinion on the candidate's competence, addressed to the CNDH President.
2. A recent curriculum vitae (maximum 5 pages) detailing qualifications, educational and professional background, and previous positions.
3. A copy of the national identity card.
4. Certified copies of diplomas or certificates obtained, with equivalence for foreign degrees.
5. Work certificates proving the required years of experience and any other relevant documents.
6. A work plan and methodology proposed for managing and developing the administrative unit.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted in person to the CNDH registry office at 22 Avenue Riyad, Hay Riyad, Rabat, before 4:30 PM on June 1, 2026. Any application received after the deadline or incomplete will not be considered.

Selection Process

A committee appointed by the CNDH President will pre-select complete applications and conduct selection interviews. The date and venue of the interviews will be announced later. The committee will submit a report to the President for approval.
